This was an art project I (Erin) facilitated in honor

of MLK. About 45 kids ages 6-15 participated!

We went to some hot springs in the mountains today. Colorado
is insanely beautiful. PS: We have a smarter phone now so updating
the blog is easier. Keep checkin' ya hear.

We have a stockpile of fire roasted Pueblo chiles in our freezer...
